Chicago is the result of government handouts, subsidies, and union reward of contracts. Chicago is what you get when democrats get what they want. There was an article a while back comparing Chicago and Hiroshima in 1945 and present. The bottom line was that Hiroshima made out better with our government dropping a nuclear bomb on it than Chicago made out with social programs.

They always want more and more. The leech off of a city until it is sucked dry and then they complain that the government isnt doing enough for them. This really kinda happened to the whole US but not as severely.
